   I am attempting to install Adsense Manager. Your instructions call for the downloaded package to be uploaded into my "WordPress plugins folder" before it can be activated. Where is this "WordPress Plugins Folder"?

   You have to go into your CPanel, then your File Manager, then wp-content, then plugins to upload from your computer that you have downloaded the adsense too.

   ... assuming your host uses CPanel, of course. Otherwise, just FTP into the wp-content directory.
