Hi - I love this plugin. Am not a developer, and am looking for hints as to how I can make it so that the title of my page list does not appear as a link. I simply want it to be black text, no linking functionality. Thanks.

There is no such option in current version. I submitted a feature request to have it done in next release. http://tracker.alkivia.org/view.php?id=193
