   First of all I want to thank you for this plugin!

   I have two suggestions.

   1. To add new line (\n) between tags in HTML output to make source code more readable.
   2. To add "thead_rows" attribute to the shortcode for ability to define a number of rows to be included in <thead> section.

   Thanks for the suggestion, maxoud. I've gone ahead and accepted the pull request you seem to have sent me a while ago, but I've also dramatically simplified the code you wrote for the feature you want.
