Sorry for my poor posting etiquette. On WP 3.2.1 and 3.3 and Version 2.0b2.110713 of Infinite Scroll bar
This should be fixed in the latest version, can you try:
http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/infinite-scroll.2.0b.111218RC2.zip
Just download, unzip and overwrite your current infinite-scroll plugin.

These might all have been corrected with the latest RC – I just needed to get them out of my todolist. 🙂

@ulfben Thanks for the heads up! This is all fixed in the latest RC, (link above). Since then I rewrote the options code and was careful to avoid any notice situations 😉
