[Plugin: Infinite Scroll] BUG: Trailing empty line after closing PHP tag

There is a space after the final PHP closing tag in this plugin, which ends up resulting in invalid RSS feeds. The trailing empty line must be removed, and for that matter, the final closing tag is not actually necessary. Its exclusion would prevent this kind of problem from ever happening. It is a complete nightmare to track down when it does.
