   What has caste system to do with a WordPress plugin? Both things are not even remotely related to each other.

   Anybody can use this plugin on his/her blog provided it is using Self Hosted version of WordPress and has installed Sociable Plugin by Joost.

   That was totally out of order!

   The purpose of the plugin is to extend the facility for all wordpress users to add to the functionality of the original sociable plugin.

   No where does it say its for indians only!
   Infact you should be thankfull to have the oportunity to get your readers of the indian sub-continent adding your site to those social networking sites. Thus getting you more readers that you wouldnt have had without it.
