   I’m using this plugin to include pages in 2- and 3-column layout templates. I’ve created my content pages and included them in my templates with the plugin, then assigned the template to a separate, blank parent page.

   Is there a way to preview the parent page so I can see how the column content (the included page) appears in the parent page? Currently, I am only able to preview changes on the single pages, which doesn't show how it will appear in the template layout (the parent page).

   improved include page doesnt work for me
   im using the latest version of wp

   does work. changed theme from 2011 to one i made some time ago.

   I dont know if u figured it out, or you are coming across this. but just save the code and open the index page?
