[Plugin: Image Widget] puts widget in header and then can't delete it

I’ve been using this widget for a long time and love it but when I went to add another widget today it put it in the header of my website instead of the side bar that it usually goes to. When I went to delete it in the widget section of my wordpress site the only widgets there were my previous ones. I tried to delete the image in my media gallery, but now there’s a broken image showing in my header. Help please!

You can see the broken image now above my blog link in the navigation. Unfortunately I can’t delete that particularimage widget because it doesn’t appear in my widget section!
