• Hi All,

I have an installation using WordPress 3.3.2 and Image Store 3.0.8 (the newest at time of posting) and for some reason I cannot seem to be able to use the scan folder feature.

I have uploaded via FTP all my images (over 10GB worth – it has taken days to get it uploaded) with each picture file being a minimum of 10MB each. I am putting in the correct gallery location when creating the gallery, and then scanning the folder where my uploads are located. I have gotten some thumbs to show up, but not many so I know I am using the correct variables in the new gallery page.

After pressing “SCAN” button, it shows that it is thinking for about 45 seconds, and then I either get an error 324 (Chrome) or “The connection was reset” (Firefox).

I am hosted on siteground and cannot change max_filesize or max_timeout through PHP. These are currently set to 24MB and not sure the timeout. Newest version of PHP doesn’t allow modification apparently.

I cannot imagine having to use the zip or individual file option with 24MB max upload size. I have 2000 images that are over 10MB each – that would mean I would have to do this 1000 times.

Please help, I have to get these ready for purchase today!

    Thank you!
