[Plugin: Image Store] Removing the Internation Shipping Option?

I’ve got image store installed and everything is working great, but the only thing I wish I could do is disable to option to ship internationally because that’s not an option for my clients, and if it were it wouldn’t be a fixed amount because sending an 8×10 in the mail is different than sending a 30×40 inch canvas so is there anyway to disable this option?
