   I have install plughin and select box, but i have not see any effect on the edit page of post..

   You first have to configure the box rights under "Users -> IM8 Box Hide"...

   yes, i have select the option of who can see the metabox. But i not see any different.

   Now i use another plughin, sorry .

   No problem ;-)

   However, it would be nice if you could tell me which versio of wordpress you use and which plugins, so i can check the problem. As you are the first one reporting this i guess it has to be an incompatibility with another plugin.

   I also have the same problem. Ticked the boxes I wanted to hide, but they are still visible.

   I have noticed the same problem when editing custom post types.

   Normal posts and pages it work as expected. Can we change this to work for custom post types too?
