   I've tried this with both 2.9.2 and 3.0.

   If the first uploaded image in the post has a caption (which most of mine do), the thumbnail doesn't work. It just gives a little blank spot, not even the "no image" placeholder.

   Is there a way to fix this? This is really the only decent thumbnail related posts plugin I've found that isn't remotely hosted, but this will be a deal breaker for me unless we can find a workaround.
