First, thank you for offering this very useful plugin. It has made my investment in iContact that much better.
Everythign has worked great but can't not find a way to remove the "Email Marketing by iContact". Can you tell me how I can do this.

funny, but the readme file does not seem to have the standard text "put it in your plugins folder." because this is a widget, i feel like i just took a guess and uploaded it into my plugins directory...
