[Plugin: HyperCheckList] Checklists for all users

I think this is a brilliant plugin! But, is there a way to make a checklist that will appear for all users? I want my site to be interactive and I want new users to see a checklist of things I want them to do on the site, so is there a way to create a checklist and say have it for all “subscriber” users?
