   Hi,

   Things work fantastically in 3.3, but I get two errors when I hit save 'Save settings' on the plugin's options page:

   Notice: Undefined index: clean_html in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/D2L10/wp-content/plugins/import-html-pages/html-import-options.php on line 611

   Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/D2L10/wp-content/plugins/import-html-pages/html-import-options.php:611) in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/D2L10/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 881
