[Plugin] How to integrate Facebook Photo Stream as a WP site?

Hey,

I am looking for a plugin to integrate the Facebook Photo Stream (not a single album, but the album overview, e.g. https://www.facebook.com/WordPress/photos_stream?tab=photos_albums) as a single WP Site. Does anybody know such a plugin?
