   Hangin up website, both front and beck-end. Only cleaning "active plugin" in wp_option table or removing via ftp can resolve it.

   open up the following file in your favourite editor: wp-content/plugins/hikari-krumo/hikari-tools.php

   and uncomment line 435.

   That should get things working again.

   Sorry, I updated the framework in this plugin and didn't note another plugin was loading the file it requires.

   That's an exemple of problems we have when we add same file in more than a plugin, as a result of WordPress not supporting plugins dependancy.

   I've published the framework as a standalone plugin and now this sort of problem won't happen anymore. As soon as I release update for my plugins it will be solved :)

   I still ran into this error 4 months later...
