[Plugin: HelpDen Free Live Support Chat] HelpDen Free – Installs Fine but Invisible in WordPress

I’ve just installed the plugin and activated without issue. I’ve followed the instructions and when I go to insert the Helpden ID, I’m not able to find the HelpDen plugin on the left hand side. I’ve deleted the plugin and reinstalled again without any luck.

Has anyone had this problem. I’m using the latest version of WP and plugin. Thanks.
