[Plugin: HelpDen Free Live Support Chat]Doesn't work

    Set up everything and installed the plug-in just fine and see the light bulb and folks can ask questions.

    However, I never get any notifications and the account at helpden shows nothing.

    This is really really bad – folks are asking questions and I never hear about them.

    Be very careful with this – I will check back in a few months and see if this company can get their act together.

    I installed it and it works just fine. Did you setup your email in the helpden admin area? I’ve found them pretty good to deal with. If you haven’t you should contact them.

    Finally got it to work… the installation instructions are completely useless… no hints given or directions … wish it used AIM so i didnt have to have the page on my browser open.

    One thing that I now discover that would be ESSENTIAL… the ability to block emails or IP’s… as it seems i have alot of twats wanting to talk crap.
