   I tried to incorporate this into :

   WPMU 2.7.1
   BBPRESS 1.0
   BPPRESS 1.0.2

   I received alot of conflicting errors with BPPRESS and this help desk plugin.

   This plugin attempted to try and modify the headers of each template on its own. It was not successful. It also conflicted with many plugins.

   BTW, many pages and parts of the Admin area are now experiencing multiple errors due to the plugin conflicting. I have had to remove the plugin to bring everything back to normal.

   Just need to read the instructions inside the readme.txt

   == Installation ==
   
   The installation process is very simple, extract the files. Copy the 'help-desk.php' and 'help-desk' directory into '/wp-content/wp-plugins/'
   Note: not the plugins folder.
   
   That’s it, the plugin is now activated.

   wp-plugins doesn't exist, he means mu-plugin, and voilà, it works!
