   You can't enter any tags with HeadSpace2 enabled (via the full post editor, quick edit still works -- because it doesn't have any HeadSpace2 customizations).

   Disabling HeadSpace2 fixes the issue, also using Quick Edit in the listing page instead of the full page.

   There is a solution posted here, but you have to edit one of the plugin JS files.
