Why do we even need this plugin? It’s just a copy of another plugin.
it is stated that it is a fork of another plugin, supposedly with improvements, don’t know what those are, I’m not using it any more, because certain javascripts couldn’t handle being executed this way

Can you try to come up with a solution for excluding javascripts? This is one of the best plugins for speeding up a site with many javascipts, but this would be that much better if there were an option, as some scripts don’t work with HeadJS.
Even to start with, maybe the plugin can detect if say for example, HTML comments around an HTML script would mean, do not include.
