I've got the exact same problem. Resulting all visitors using Internet explorer need to do a refresh page to view page properly.
In header settings backend the header image is broken and looks very big
On first page when a new visitor arrives they will see all content moved downon page atleast 1000pixels or so.
Problem does not occur in Chrome and Firefox
Any solution yet?
