Hi!
I was so happy that css combining, js combining and optimizing worked perfectly on Firefox. But when I loaded my page with Internet Explorer 8 I get a bunch of problems of errors with prototype and jquery javascripts. Most of the plugins just don't work anymore :(
I've tried to deactivate every js-options in head cleaner but still have problems until I totally deactivate it. Any idea?

After testing alot I can be more specific.. Actually it turns out the Firefox has the same problem. So it's not a browser issue. But a script issue. As soon as I turn on the combination of js-files some plugins like wp_d-tree don't work anymore. It looks like some conflict between jquery, prototype and scriptaculous..?

Yn idea how to fix that problem? I would love to combine the javascript files..
Really, you want to only use one library. However, I know jQuery has a 'No Conflict' function you can use. But honestly, just try to stick to one library.

With Head cleaner ver 1.3.7, in IE 8, not working plugins: audio-player and vipers-video-quicktags, when option "Two or more JavaScript is combined." enabled.
