Plugin has issues

I wanted to give this plugin a try because of all of the 5 star reviews. A day after loading it, I was unable to log on to my admin page and received several error messages associated with the plugin. While the plugins creator was quick to respond to my problem, the solution involved accessing my site via FTP and removing the plugin. That said, it was kind of a pain which tied up much of my day trying to get to the bottom of things.
