[Plugin: Hana Flv Player] IE 7 Modal is under overlay

I have a handful of users still running IE7 🙁 and when they hit the HanaFLV button to enter their information to post a video, the modal displays below the underlay, I’ve been trying to tweak it, without any luck so far, any ideas?
