   I have a strong feeling it won't. :)

   I am trying to sketch out what this would look like and I am wondering if the need is more around custom taxonomies (http://codex.wordpress.org/Taxonomies) vs. custom post types (http://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Post_Types).

   So would you need a theme applies to real estate listings (post type), or to a custom taxonomy called School Districts that is applied to those listings? That might be a bad example, but I want to understand what the need is before I code anything. Or attempt to anyway...

   Movies (Post Type) -> Actors (Taxonomy). Ah, that's better.

   I guess I could see a theme being applied to the movies section. Maybe the actors, but that seems extreme. Thoughts?
