[resolved] Multiple reports (6 posts)

OK, now I have a real problem that made me have to deactivate the plugin.

I had this plugin activated on two sites, and the last reports they sent out were in multiple duplicate e-mails, as if the test had been run multiple times. I expected that there would be only one test (and thus one e-mail) every so often.

    Hi Steve,

You should receive separate reports for separate sites. How do you mean, it seemed like the test had been run multiple times? If you have a schedule set up, a report will be sent (per site) every time the event fires (assuming there is something to report).

    Is this not the case?

I just had it on two sites.

And around the same time, I received multiple duplicate reports for each site. I was expecting just one report from each site around the same time.

If you have your schedule set up to check your site once per hour on each site (for example), then you should receive one email per site per hour, as long as there is something to report.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "multiple duplicate reports for each site", but we'd like to help if there is an issue.

I had the schedule set to 'weekly', and only one report set up for each of two sites.

And when the time came to send me reports, I received multiple duplicate reports in my inbox from each of these two sites.

Therefore, I would guess there's something the matter with the triggering mechanism.

We're unable to replicate this issue. We'd be happy to take a look at your configuration, if you're comfortable with giving us access.

Otherwise, an updated version of the plugin will be available shortly.
