   I've been using Grunion contact form for a while with no issues. Within the last few days, users have been reporting that when they sit submit on one of my forms (http://www.mobileedgeonline.com/products/remote-car-starters/remote-car-starter-estimate-request-form/) a message appears "Are you sure you want to do this?" without any ability to click yes or no.

   This seems to be an intermittent problem and I have been able to duplicate it for myself.. I went into the post, checked out the form and "Updated" the post itself. When I did that, it started to work again, however within a day, it stopped working again.

   I have not made any major (or minor for that matter) changes to the site in the past few days since this problem popped up.... It is possible that I updated some plugins, but that is about it.

   Also of note is that fact that I have several other forms on the site (Grunion) and they are all working properly (at least I haven't had any complaints or been able to duplicate it with other forms)

   Any feedback would be appreciated..

   I am getting this same error - "Are you sure you want to do this" with no further functionality. I tried it from Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox with the same results.

   Is this an intermittent problem? The form was working fine when I first tested it a week ago.

   I disabled the Facebook Comments for WordPress plugin and cleared the cache and this problem disappeared.
