I am having the same issue.

After waiting 5 days with no response, I switched to Custom Contact Forms and found the product to be just as good if not better. I was also able to resolve the email send issue.
I had a very similar problem when changing the to email address – it would not work and kept sending to the page author.
If I reverted back to the original page version with the original email address then that worked fine.
I eventually fixed it by copying the working version html into notepad, changing the email address in that and then copying it back.
I am having the same issue. I have the form set up on my website, it appears to work just fine, emails are showing up under ‘feedback’ in my wordpress admin, but nothing gets sent to my email.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I have now removed Grunion and replaced it with Contact Form 7.
That is much better and easier to configure.

peter : I actually looked at contact form 7, but got held up by a really goofy question that perhaps you can answer:
I installed the plug in, then, the very first step is, ” open the ‘Contact’ > ‘Edit’ menu on your WordPress administration panel.”
I looked all over my admin panel but could not find ‘contact>edit’ anywhere.
Can you help me to figure out where it is? I just upgraded to 3.4.2, could this have something to do with it?
Ellen
OK–I have now moved on to contact form 7, and I have solved the issue I was having above.
Now I have a new problem.
when I pasted the code onto my page, instead of a form showing on my website, this shows:
[contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]
The FAQ’s state that if this happens, you need to be sure you are using ‘the correct short code’ As I am copying and pasting the code from the contact>edit portion of my wordpress, I’m not sure how to solve this?
I have an issue with attaching Google captcha to my contact form. After fopllowing Marco’s steps here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/captcha-needed-for-grunion-contact-form?replies=14 I get Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _recaptcha_qsencode() (previously declared in F:\xampp\htdocs\lee_wordpress\wp-content\plugins\wp-recaptcha\recaptchalib.php:47) in F:\xampp\htdocs\lee_wordpress\includes\recaptchalib.php on line 55
I don’t know why this is happening but am wondering if there’s something wrong with the library file.
