   I'm trying to change the send to email address and I can not find where to insert the code.

   On the 'Email Notifications' tab there is an 'Enter your email address' field that you can use for that.

   When you click on the media button to add a new contact form there is a modal window that gets displayed. The tab is at the top of that.

   If you are just entering the short code by hand in a post or page you can use the to attribute as demonstrated on the plugin page - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/grunion-contact-form/

   I'm not sure about adding through the media button. I entered the short cod--I think. Originally I activated the plugin and then created a new page and posted the code directly into the page where the text goes. I did find the http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/grunion-contact-form/ but I can't figure out where to enter the to attribute. Do I enter it into the text box on the page itself or do I edit the plugin and enter it there?

   Sorry, I hope I'm making sense.

   If you aren't familiar with short codes the easiest thing to do is to use the media button for adding a contact form. On the edit post/page screen is the the line of icons on the row that starts "Upload/Insert". If you run your mouse over each one you'll get a little description. The contact form one is says "Add a custom form" and it probably the last icon on that row.

   Sounds like you don't have the Grunion plugin activated yet.
