[Plugin: Gravity Forms Terms of Service Field] TOS field does not allow text entry

when I click in “edit” on the Terms of Service field on a form and then click in the TOS entry field the form automatically goes out of edit mode making it impossible to type or paste text into the TOS paragraph field. I have tried this on both Safari and Firefox with the same problem.
