   So I've upgraded the gravity plugin and now I'm unable to submit a form. I can fill out the form but when I click on the submit button nothing happens: see screencast.

   Sounds like a Gravity Forms issue, not Gravity Forms Salesforce. Please contact GravityHelp.com.
