[Plugin: Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on] All forms submit to Salesforce even when setting not check

When using multiple forms on my site, when “Enable Salesforce integration” box is checked on one of the gravity forms, it acts like it’s checked on all of the forms and all forms that I create submit to Salesforce.

We would like for some of our forms to submit to Salesforce and some to just send out the appropriate emails when submitted.

This is a great plugin and so far, I’ve only found this minor issue.
