Hi!
I recently installed the plugin and love it, simplifying my business one step at a time :)
My problem is the tags don't seem to come across and no task is created? I'm not sure if my setup is wrong or something else, Name, Company, Email, Phone, Message all coming across. Tags do not, no task is created.

I am having the same problem. Are there any videos on how to set this up.
I do not understand the tags and extra fields I need.
Also when I check the highrise field in advanced for results it does not stay checked.

If you ever find out I would love to know, I have really looked and cannot find any videos, tuts etc. to help with the issue.
The form itself works just not with the issues I mentioned in my first post :(
