   Retrieving list names doesn't appear to do anything, I just receive a list with the list numbers.

   When I configure a form, I select a list (step 1). Then I select a Gravity Form (step 2). The page then sits for a few seconds and then pops up an error: "Ajax error while selecting a form" with no additional information. Chrome Developer says, "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)" from {domain}/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

   I've tested in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer to ensure this isn't a browser-based issue. All browsers result in the same error.
