[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory] Editing Directory Columns error

    when I click on the small “Edit” icon at the top right corner of a Form’s Entries table listing, I get a popup/lightbox error.

    Directory Listing Denied
    This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

    Not sure if this is new with the latest update or if someone else is having this error. I am using version 3.3 of GFD&A and version 1.6.7 of GF.
