Hello, I found a post on how to remove the upgrade messages. I tried removing the license number in the settings area but it just reappears each time I hit save settings. Any ideas on how to make this work? Thanks so much!

Just to be clear, I'm trying to get rid of what are known as "nag" messages in the admin of Gravity Forms. Thanks.

Either buy a license or learn how to code and you'll be able to figure it out.

I did buy a license and I do know how to code but it seems like I should be able to ask the Gravity Forms people for a simple fix for this problem with their software.

If you enter the license key in the Gravity Forms settings, it will disappear. If not, the place to ask for help is GravityHelp.com. They have great customer service.

Okay, Zack, I thought they might monitor this forum but apparently not. They answered this question for a customer here but it was a rather testy exchange. I'll see if they will help. Thanks.

I figured this out. The problem has to do with your browser, and not with Gravity Forms. In Firefox, go Tools->Options->Security->Saved Passwords, and this will show you a list of all saved passwords. You can then find the Gravity Forms license key (which is saved as a password) and remove it. You will then be able to save settings without the license key coming back.

Well, it's not saved in Firefox passwords but thank you - what a creative idea!!
