[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory] Any way to combine two display fields into one URL?

    I am collecting 2 fields i.e. a Name and a URL

    Is it at all possible to display this with the name hyperlinked to the entered URL?

    Hopefully someone has some idea as it seems this is about the only plugin that can output collected data.

    I think this is a real letdown for Gravity Forms which just seems to be a Contact Form plugin with no ability for output.

    And for that matter, how do I style each individual field?

    From what I can see, the only Classes being assigned are multiple types of ‘textfield’ and the like.

    Is it possible to give each displayed field a unique Class so I can attempt to style them in a stylesheet?

    Would be great to get some feedback from the plugin author.
