[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory] Admin additions to form data and more

I’m deciding whether to purchase Gravity Forms, mainly for the purpose of using this plugin. I’d like to know if this plugin has the following features before I make my purchase and also download this add-on.

1) Would it be possible for an admin to add a column and enter data for that column before approving a form submission to be displayed in the directory?

2) Is it possible to hide a column, to keep private certain form-submitted data?

3) Is it possible for an admin to add an extra column tot he directory which is a hyperlink to another post, image, or external link?
