[Plugin: Gravity Forms Directory & Addons] Display all Fields in Single Entry View

    I love the plugin, great job. I may be missing something, but I can’t find a setting that will allow every field to display when an entry is selected in the list. When a user (with permission) selects an entry, all fields need to be displayed, regardless of stored values. The items on the single entry page are dates of completion for different steps/phases. Please lead me to the configuration option that determines the hidden state of the fields.

    I figured out a way to do this, although I’m sure its not the right way, but it works.
    My next question is: there is no code block for displaying a Date Picker calendar control on the edit form. I searched the code base and it appears, other than images, everything is displayed in a text box. Is there a patch for this? All my controls are dates.
