[Plugin Gravity Forms] combine two fields results to display under recent post

    I am creating a form for ride sharing purposes and have the title field of course, but also a category post field with the choices of [giving a ride] and [getting a ride]. Would there be a way to combine the post in the ‘recent post’ filed so it would be something like ‘Heading to the beach July 4th weekend [need a ride]?

    Not sure how this could be done. I am using the twenty-twelve theme if that helps and the latest version of WP.
