[Plugin: Gravity Forms CapsuleCRM Add-on] Updating or Affixing Notes to Existing Contacts

I have a couple “pre-sales” questions. We are evaluating Gravity Forms and like the fact that you created this plugin. But would like to know if your plugin will update existing records and/or affix notes to the existing record upon submission? We’ve noticed after using other solutions like JotForm, it just creates a duplicate that we then have to manually merge after the fact and would love if this process were automated.

Wufoo offers updates, but doesn’t offer very good integration with recurring payment gateways (outside of Chargify). Which leads me to my final question.

Will this work together with other Gravity Form plugins for PayPal Pro, and the woocommerce Gravity Forms add-on?
