   I am running a localhost installation of wordpress and I keep getting

   Couldn't load the Main XML file.Error #1088

   I tried using the colors.php where it says "if exists etc) - did not work\
   I did reset settings - did not work
   I tried getting other skins - did not work

   Any other ideas?

   Same problem, using the default settings out of the box. I noticed that when I was importing from a folder each pic was giving me an error. Not sure if that's related or coincidental.
