I have fairly clean WordPress installation, downloaded and activated FlAGallery, added a gallery and 4 pictures; unfortunately, they are not displayed on a page.
The gallery frame always remains grey: http://www.kamm-in-style.de/test/
Gallery and images (as well as thumbnails) do exist:

I already browsed through your website and this forum; I simply don't have a clue.

There are no skins in flagallery-skins directory (except Slideshow skin):
http://www.kamm-in-style.de/wp-content/plugins/flagallery-skins/
object generated on your page use default skin:
http://www.kamm-in-style.de/wp-content/plugins/flagallery-skins/default/gallery.swf
Probably, you've deleted them all. Activate Slideshow skins or upload default skins to that directory. By default there are a lot of skins in plugin's archive (flash-album-gallery.zip)

OMG! That was easy. I simply missed to activate the Slideshow skin.
You probably want to activate that skin by default, unless another skin is uploaded. Just my 2ct ;-)
