I think my sitemap has the wrong time listed on all of the articles/urls.

For example, i posted an article 2 hours ago, Sept. 21, 2009 at17:32 02 6:32pm Pacific, my time zone.
but sitemap says I posted it at <lastmod>2009-09-22T00:32:10+00:00</lastmod>

Google has indexed the article with it having been posted 19 hours ago.

I checked my general settings and the timezone is correct UTC-7 and reflects the correct time.

Has my site been hacked or is this a sitemap problem or a google problem?

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

thats fine, the sitemap plugin just converts the date and time to UTC (thats why there is a +00:00 at the end of the time):
