   Today i attempted to install the site map. Unfortunately things did not work out the way they were planned. I was met with this error message bellow. Can anyone fix or find a solution to the problem?

   There was a problem writing your sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable. Learn more

   All you need to do is create a empty file with a filename of sitemap.xml and sitemap.xml.gz, upload them to the server, and you should be fine.

   For some reason XML Sitemaps cannot create the files if they are not there, but it has no problem updating it once the files are there.
