The Plugin works very well, if I create the sitemap by myself at the admin menue.
If the sitemap is created by the automatic funktion, the site-urls looks like that:
http://www.digibits.de//muenchen-venedig/
instead of
digibits.de/touren/muenchen-venedig/
As a result of this Goole receive some redirects and stop going on indexing my page.

I have the same issue. If I do a manual sitemap update thing look perfect. If I just let it auto update after each post I get the same trailing slashes update.
I have emailed plugin creator many times but have received no response.
Sorry, I can't reproduce this bug. I've tried permalink structures like /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%hour%/%minute%/%second%/%postname%/%post_id%/%category%/%author%/ and never ended in double slashes.
If you want, please contact me again via email so I can have a look at your wordpress blog / database to see whats wrong there.
