Hello
we post 1 post in every 20 seconds and sometime it takes too long to get a post publish as it get loading and loading
later i realize that this plugin was causing the problem, so i disabled it and everything then worked perfectly.
i dont want to loose this awesome plugin
tell me what is the issue why is this happening with us and what we can do to solve this

Every 20 seconds? That sounds a lot ;-)
Maybe you can switch to the GET rebuild which you can run via cron once a hour.
Also please make sure that you've enabled the option to build the sitemap in a background process, which will eliminate the delay after posting.

but nothing is working for me
is there any paid service available by plug in coder ?

how to run this plugin via cron job
just paste the given url in the cron panel will work? or do i need some sort of command b4 that url
