[Plugin: Google XML Sitemaps] Location of your sitemap file

Hi,
I installed this plugin on my wp site and, as suggested, i would also like to include the domain which hosts my wp site. So, my address is http://www.plumpub.com and the blog is http://www.plumpub.com/kaimen (i installed it on kaimen). However, under ‘location of your sitemap file’ the lower half of the window, where you can designate a higher level, is unreachable. It is covered up by the table below it, and I can’t figure out how to get to it.

any ideas?
